FAE and product managers concentrate on supporting the customer’s design engineers in
their design work - help them in choosing the architecture, selecting the appropriate
components and making the evaluation that leads to successful products.
The support personnel has hands-on design experience.
Information
Fintronic participates on the professional fairs, arranges targeted seminars,
publishes a news letter called “VIP” and advertises its principals in professional
magazines. Fintronic also updates the customers on new products with regular
emailing campaigns.
Logistics
All orders to Fintronic are acknowledged
within 48 hours, rush deliveries leave the same day.
Puchasers provide a regular, combined forecast based on the
customer's reports for the principals, place the orders and provide
stock reports as agreed. Fintronic has a dedicated separate stock room in
Konala on the outskirts of Helsinki. This stock room is ESD protected and equipped
with vacuum sealing devices. Fintronic provides tailored solutions, such as consignment
stock at the customer’s location. We cover Nordic, Baltic and Russian area.
